DIY : Resepi Sambal Tumis Udang ( English Version )

tulis resepi dalam english ...
saje kan....
resepi ni , senang aje dan sedap plak tu..
korang mesti cuba, boleh buat makan dengan nasi lemak
atau nasi putih.. memang terbaik la....
Recipe Sambal Tumis Udang
( Prawns in Spicy Gravy )
Ingredients :
500-600gm Medium sized prawns ( shelled )
2 clove Garlic
1 stalk Lemon grass ( crushed )
10 nos Shallot
1 inch Ginger
1 inch Fresh Turmeric
1 nos Bombay Onion ( sliced thickly )
1 cup Grind Chillies ( cili kering yang telah dikisar )
1 inch Prawn paste / belacan ( optional )
Some tamarind juice
Sugar And salt
Method :
1.Pound or blend together shallots , garlic,ginger, fresh turmeric and prawn paste until fine.
2.Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the pounded ingredients until fragrant, add lemon grass , sliced Bombay onions and grind chillies.
3.Bring it to a boil, put in tamarind juice, sugar and salt.
4.Lastly put in the prawns and cook for 10 minutes or until the prawn are cooked, and serve hot with rice, Marvoules!
